Miss City of Roses is a local preliminary to the Miss Louisiana and Miss America scholarship programs. Contestants must be between 17 and 24 years of age, never married or pregnant, and be of good moral character. They must live, work or attend school in Louisiana.

Outstanding Teen: 13-17 years (Interview, Talent, Sportswear, Evening Wear and Onstage Question)
Princess: 13-17 years (Interview, Evening Wear and Onstage Question)
Little Miss and Mr. City of Roses:
The Little Miss/Mr. City of Roses pageant is for young ladies and men ages 0-12. Entry fee is $45.00. Age divisions include:
0-11 months Baby
12-23 months Toddler
2 years Tiny
3-4 years Petite
5-6 years Little
7-9 years Young
10-12 years Young Miss
13-17 years Teen
13-17 years Princess
17-24 years Miss

All Miss City of Roses local contestants sign on as " your first name -Miss City of Roses " - Last name - "Miss City of Roses " Then they can go back and compile a list of your contestants. If you have already registered, you can go back and edit your first name to include the pageant name that you are competing for. . Send out emails from the link to all your friends and I think you will be surprised with the results. When you get your certificate that the $100 donation has been reached, email it to me.

Entry fee for Outstanding Teen and Princess is $100.00.
No entry fee required for Miss contestants, but they must raise at least $100 for Children's Miracle Network.

Little Miss contestants selling above their entry fees will receive the following
$50.00 above entry fee: trophy, crown and banner
$100.00 above entry fee: trophy, crown, banner and a surprise gift
$200.00 above entry fee: trophy, crown, banner and a surprise gift
